LAHORE: Quaid Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said that formation of national agenda with the national understanding is need of the hour and it is collective responsibility of all people to form a national agenda.
Addressing the meeting of Coordination Committee of Sindh on Friday he said that solid democracy and political parties are grantee for prosperity of masses, security of the country and firm of federation, adding that democratic culture in political parties decreased interest based politics, adding that fear about the revival of undemocratic powers can be eliminated by expanding democratic values and culture and political decisions from the roots.
He said that it is time to change the extremism, hate and sectarianism into confidence, love, tolerance and alliance, adding that formation of national agenda is most important need of the time and it is collective responsibility of all people and parties.
Nawaz Sharif said that they struggled to end the dictatorial rule of Pervez Musharraf and were achieved with the public power but dictatorial mindset is adopted some people and it is responsibility of all democratic powers to stop them.
Meanwhile PML-N has decided to move decisively against the coalition government led by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) in the wake of decision by Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) to sever ties with the federal and provincial governments.
The sources privy to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz told a private TC channel that party has decided to form grand opposition alliance after Ramazan (Ramadan) and it would contact MQM and Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) for the purpose.
